Marcus Stoinis, Mohsin Khan swap explored by PBKS and LSG
Punjab Kings are reportedly exploring a trade with Lucknow Super Giants that would involve all-rounder Marcus Stoinis and left-arm pacer Mohsin Khan ahead of IPL 2027, Outlook India reports.
The report comes from a single outlet and has not been confirmed by a second site.
Why Stoinis is in the frame
Punjab Kings bought Stoinis for Rs 11 crore at the IPL 2025 mega auction, outbidding Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Chennai Super Kings. His best showing of the 2026 season was an unbeaten 62 off 22 balls, with six sixes, against Rajasthan Royals.
A separate PTI report, carried by Deccan Herald, says Punjab Kings could let go of Stoinis and Nehal Wadhera before the mini-auction in Goa on 16 December.
What Mohsin Khan offers
Outlook India says Mohsin Khan’s best figures came against Delhi Capitals, where he took 4/16 and Lucknow won by six runs.
Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants met in IPL 2026 on 23 May, when Punjab Kings won by seven wickets, chasing Lucknow’s 196/6 with 200/3 in 18 overs.
